All requests to negate charges are investigated by our staff and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Your credit card will be charged when you submit payment. Any refunds from payments placed with a credit card will be refunded to said card.

Refund Policy |
Residential Service: If you have PAID ahead for services, we will refund any unused weeks for which you will have no service, providing you have given advanced notice.
Commercial Service: If you have PAID ahead for services, we will refund any unused months for which you will have no service, providing you have given advanced notice.
Roll Off Services: A refund will be issued, for any $ amount left over, from a Roll Off Deposit, after all the fees associated with the Roll Off Rental have been deducted from the Roll Off Deposit.
For any payments made by check, there will be a 4 week waiting period, from the date the check was deposited. By selecting the "I Agree" button I agree to all the above terms and policies set forth by Hawkins and Hurlbut Sanitation Inc. USA. Selecting the "I Agree" - Pay Now! button is the only way to proceed with this payment method. |
