Holiday Schedule

Hawkins & Hurlbut Sanitation observes the following holidays — New Years , Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There will be no rubbish or recycling pickup on these holidays.

If your regular pickup day falls on the holiday or after the holiday listed above, your rubbish and recycling pick-up will be one day late.

We will resume our regular schedule on Monday of the following week after the observed holiday. For example: Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, so Thursday and Friday Pick ups will be one day late. Another example is if Christmas and New Years fall on a Tuesday, then Tue, Wed, Thurs and Friday pick-ups will be one day late.

Any holiday other than New Years, Thanksgiving and Christmas are all regular schedule. Yes, we pick up on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day!
